One of the biggest jazz events of the year - the XVI International Jazz Festival "Jazz Bez" - will take place on December 2-11!

The sixteenth JazzBez will bring together Uzhhorod, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lutsk, Rivne, Kramatorsk, and the Polish cities of Przemysl, Lublin, Bialystok, Wroclaw, Warsaw, and the village of Novytsia, where the Ukrainian poet Bohdan-Ihor Antonych was born. "Jazz Bez is one of the largest jazz events in Ukraine and Poland. It is a cross-border jazz marathon that unites dozens of cities, hundreds of musicians from around the world, thousands of music lovers, many kilometers and even more shades of jazz into a single celebration of music and freedom.
Concerts will take place in the Lviv Philharmonic, and evening jam sessions will gather musicians and jazz lovers in the Dzyga, as always.

The highlight of the festival is the combination of the maximum number of jazz styles (swing, fusion, be-bop, jazz-rock, yass, funk, cool, free jazz...) and improvisational music within one festival.
For the first time, the festival will include the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Ukrainian Jazz at the Crossroads of Cultures: Current Status, Trends and Prospects".
