The complex "Panska Sadiba" is located in the Carpathian Mountains, 3 km from the ski resort Plav'ya. Guests have access to two two-storey cottages (5 rooms each), a two-storey cottage with a sauna, 24-hour front desk. Ski equipment can be rented on the hotel premises, and there is a ski storage room available.

- On the second floor - 2 studio rooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, dishes, microwave), bathroom (shower or bathtub, toilet, sink, hairdryer, toiletries).
- Heating: autonomous water, electric convectors, underfloor heating on the first floor. Water supply: cold and hot water available constantly. Uninterrupted power supply.
- Extra bed - 200 UAH.
- Guests can taste Ukrainian dishes in the dining room or use the shared kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishes. There is a hut, gazebo with a barbecue, outdoor pool, and children's playground on the premises.
