Finnish (Swedish) Candle or How to Quickly Cook Food in Camping Conditions (Video)

Для створення шведської (фінської) свічки потрібні похідні пилка, сокира і дріт, які обов'язково треба брати з собою в похід.

First, you need to find or prepare a log about 50 cm high and of any width. Next, we need to split this log into 4 parts and use an axe to hollow out the center of each part, making it easier to light the candle inside. When you connect these 4 pieces, there will be a hole in the middle of 5-8 cm. Do not throw away the hollowed-out center; use it for lighting the candle.

Twist it with wire, then fill the empty space with newspaper, dry twigs, or toilet paper. Anything you have on hand for kindling can be stuffed into the hole and lit. Then gradually add kindling into the middle. You can twist it so that there is no empty space. Try all possible options and choose the best one for yourself.
