Homestead "Kraynya Khata na Seli" Synevyrska Polyana

Homestead "Kraynya Khata" is located by the river and forest at the end of the village Synevyrska Polyana, 32 km from the town of Mizhhirya, 3.5 km from the famous high-altitude lake Synevyr, 2.2 km to the nearest ski lift. For guests' accommodation, we offer a two-story house for 16 people and a two-story cottage for 9 people. In the yard, there is a barbecue, gazebo, and swing.

• Two-story house for 16 people. On the first floor - bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV), kitchen (cooking stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, tableware), veranda (sofa, table with chairs), bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). There is a separate entrance to a shared kitchen (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink). On the second floor - 2 bedrooms (sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, in one there is also a single bed, sofa bed), bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). In this house, the owners have also added 3 rooms. Autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - boiler for 100 l.
• Two-story cottage for 9 people. On the first floor - veranda (table with chairs), 3 triple rooms (each has a double and a single bed, in one room a sofa bed, clothes rack, TV, refrigerator), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Autonomous water heating, cold water constantly, hot - boiler for 200 l.
• You can cook in the kitchen yourself. Use of the equipped kitchen, iron. The nearest store is 1 km away, cafe - 200 m.
• Pets are allowed.
• Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels (1 per person) - as needed.

• Transport services - by arrangement.
• Sauna for 4-6 people - from 300 UAH per hour.
• Health bath for 8 people - 600 UAH per hour.
• Hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking.
• Fishing.

You can reach us by any train heading to Uzhhorod to the station Volovets, then by bus (except Saturday and Sunday) to Synevyrska Polyana with a transfer in Mizhhirya. Another option is to take a bus to Mizhhirya, then a bus to Synevyrska Polyana or by taxi. Or by your own car - along the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06), in the village of Nyzhni Vorota turn to Volovets, go towards Mizhhirya. In the center of the town, turn at the sign for Synevyr Lake and drive about 30 km to the village of Synevyrska Polyana. The homestead is the last building in the village, on the right side of the road.
