Sykavka Waterfall is a waterfall located near the Sokilsky Rocks, also between the villages of Tyudiv and Velykyi Rozhyn. Sykavka Waterfall is popular among tourists because it is located on the Chernivtsi-Putyla highway (road P 64) and is therefore easily accessible. The name obviously comes from the sound that the water makes when it falls down. The Sykavka waterfall consists of a single cascade, with water flowing down a wide chute of layered rocks at a slope of 70-80 degrees.

Sykavka is a waterfall in the Ukrainian Carpathians (Pokutsko-Bukovyna Carpathians), within the Kosiv district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, between the villages of Tyudiv and Velykyi Rozhyn. The miniature waterfall Sykavka near the bend of Cheremosh, formed by the stream of the same name, which here flows into the river on the left, on the outskirts of Velykyi Rozhyn village in the direction of Tyudiv village. The waterfall falls into a deep pit and immediately dives into a pipe that is laid under the roadbed of the new road Vyzhnytsia - Ust-Putyla. After this reconstruction, it lost some of its picturesqueness, but given its easy accessibility, you should definitely visit this natural monument.

It is located at the foot of the Sokilskyi Ridge, near the southern part of Sokilska Rock, on a small stream called Sykavka (the left tributary of Cheremosh).

Above this waterfall, at a distance of 100 meters, there is another small (approx. 3 meters) waterfall called Sykavka Verkhnya.

On a hill above the waterfall there is a monument to Taras Shevchenko, which is reached by stairs. Nearby, in the direction of Tudov, there is a giant cliff called Sokilska Stryka. This is where the route along the Sokilskyi Ridge begins, with its crest dotted with mighty rocks. So this place is definitely worth at least a short stop.
