Guests can choose from standard, improved, semi-suite, suite rooms, and cottages. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable furniture, a TV, an electric kettle, a safe, a balcony, and a modern bathroom. The suite rooms include a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The complex also features 3 two-story houses, its own pump room, a restaurant with 60 seats, a spa center (an outdoor pool with slides, a swimming pool and a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a hammam, a salt room), a conference hall, and a children's playground. The distance to the railway station in Khust is 17.3 km, and to the bus station in Khust is 17.2 km.

By train to Uzhhorod direction — to the city of Khust, then by bus to the village of Shayan. A transfer from Khust to the hotel can be ordered from the administrator. On the road towards Khust (N-09), in the village of Bushytino, turn according to the sign for the village of Vyshkovo, at the end of the village turn left following the signs for the sanatoriums in the village of Shayan.
