Little secrets of a happy life from Andriy Voron, a 104-year-old Carpathian sage
Today, the world is home to a huge number of long-lived people. Japan is the leader in this regard, followed by Sweden, Great Britain, Italy, etc. However, Ukraine is not an exception, as it is known that in our country, in the Carpathians, in particular, there have been, are and will be elders over 100 years old. In this article, you will learn the little secrets of a happy life from the now deceased 104-year-old Carpathian sage A. Voron.
If you have a good woman, rejoice. It is a gift from heaven.
Do not be like many - it is an abomination to the body and an exhaustion to the soul
(Andriy Voron)
In the Carpathian region, there lived a hardworking and cheerful, simple Ukrainian peasant, Andriy Voron. He did not know about the existence of any trendy motivational trainings and did not speak at various conferences. He was an ordinary man who lived 104 years in the world and, by the way, left it not because of old age or any disease, but because of an accident - the old man was fortifying his cellar after a flood, where he was hit by a log
This man's fate was not easy, and life wore him down quite a bit: he studied at a gymnasium, defended Carpathian Ukraine, hid from persecution in the Carpathian forests for several years, studied law in Romania, lived in a monastery, was exiled to hard labor on the Kolyma... For a long time he wandered the world, participated in various expeditions. However, he always heard the call of his native land, so he eventually returned to his native Transcarpathian village, where he settled in an old hut with his relatives.

He lived off of what he grew in the garden. In his spare time, he wrote down his special, but very simple rules, which he believed might be useful to someone someday... These little secrets, basic instructions and commandments of the Carpathian elder-sage are presented below.
7 main human benefits:
- Clean air and clean water.
- Sunshine.
- Moderate nutrition.
- Constant moderate physical labor.
- Rest and relaxation.
- Self-restraint.
- Faith.
In short, faith and moderation should be the most important benefits of any person who wants to be healthy and live many happy years on earth.

7 things every person should learn:
- To find joy in life and enjoy every minute of it.
- Bring joy to those around us and always be human.
- Always forgive yourself and everyone else, do not keep evil in yourself.
- To be able to repent, to get rid of our sins and mistakes.
- To laugh sincerely, to yourself and to people, with your soul and face.
- To breathe deeply, freely and with pleasure.
- To sleep at will and with pleasure.

7 dishes given to us from above, which are both food and medicine:
- Apple.
- Beets.
- Onions and cucumbers.
- Fish.
- Sour milk.
- Nuts and berries.
- Porridge (beans, corn, buckwheat, millet and oats).

7 best liquids for humans:
- Spring water.

- Kvass.

Andrii Voron also advises not to be ashamed of your family, your parents, children, work, your own body, character, and yourself; not to demand too much from yourself - it is enough to do at least one good deed a day for your soul, for yourself (home/family), and for someone you don't know. And if you can't do it with a deed, you should do it with a kind word or at least a sincere smile. And so on every day. One by one, a few seeds... And they will surely grow into a harvest of joy in the human soul!
Drops of wisdom from A. Voron:
- "There are three destructive, disastrous things for a person: reading anything, sleeping with anyone, and drinking anything."
- "There should be movement in everything. Even in failures and falls, because when you fall, you also move."
- "Don't put too much hope in tomorrow, because it has only 24 hours, just like today."
- "Try to avoid lying, but don't tell the whole truth either, so as not to accidentally hurt or offend someone."
- "If you cannot do good, then at least move away from evil. This will be the first step towards the good."
