Ivan Franko Museum in the village of Lolyn

In the center of the village of Lolyn, between the mighty century-old ash trees, the majestic Ivan Franko stands in bronze. There is a wonderful museum whose expositions tell about the unforgettable meetings of a young gymnasium student with the charming and educated daughter of a local priest, about the titanic work of the giant of thought in the field of national culture, literature, and journalism. Boyko household antiquities, musical instruments, old clothes and shoes are preserved here. The village has its own coat of arms, which depicts a goose feather and two hearts, symbolizing the poetry and love of Ivan Franko and Olha Roshkevych. Everything here breathes high lyrics.
