On the shore of the lake is located a three-story cottage "Guest House at Nina's" with 4 rooms (8-12 places). On the outskirts of the village Lukavtsi, 7 km from the highway Chernivtsi–Vyzhnytsia–Verkhovyna, 19 km to the ski lifts of the "Myhovo" ski complex. There is an open terrace, gazebo, barbecue, trampoline near the house. The nearest restaurant is 150 m away, the shop is 250 m away.

• On the first floor - a closed terrace with a barbecue (fold-out sofa, table with benches, TV), kitchen-living room with a fireplace (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table, TV, fold-out sofa), bathroom (toilet, sink).
• On the second floor - 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, clothes hanger, dresser, TV; one room has a balcony), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
• On the third floor - 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, clothes hanger, one room has a dresser and a balcony).
• Room cleaning - as needed, bed linen and towels (2 per person) change - once every 3 days.
• Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
• You can cook your own meals in the kitchen.
