Two-storey wooden homestead "Dacha u Ivana" is located in the village of Ispas, 4 km from the Chernivtsi - Vyzhnytsia - Verkhovyna highway, 3 km from the village center, 18 km to the ski lifts of the "Pereval Nimchych" complex. In a forest area by the pond, there are 2 two-storey and one single-storey cottages. The territory features a hut, gazebo, barbecue, pond, and catamarans. The minimum rental period is 2 days.

Two-storey cottage for 6-8 guests

• On the first floor - kitchen-living room (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, table with chairs, soft corner, TV), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
• On the second floor - 3 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV; one room has an extra place - a folding sofa), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).

Single-storey cottage for 4-6 guests

• In the cottage - kitchen corner (microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table), 2 bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed, TV, clothes hanger), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
• Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - boiler for 100 l.

• On the first floor - kitchen-living room (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, table with chairs, soft corner, TV), double room (double bed), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
• On the second floor - 3 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV; one room has an extra place - a folding sofa), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
• You can cook your own meals in the kitchen. In winter, there is an ice rink on the pond, and in summer you can swim here.
• The minimum stay is 2 days. Discounts are negotiable. Prepayment is required.
