Ustroń is a resort town in Poland, located in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship, on the Vistula River. The town sits in a picturesque valley on the northern slopes of the Silesian Beskids, with the Równica and Czantoria mountains rising nearby and shaping the scenic mountain landscape of the region.

Ustroń was first mentioned in the Latin document Liber fundationis episcopatus Vratislaviensis around 1305, when it was in the early stages of settlement within the Duchy of Cieszyn. The duchy later became a fief of the Kingdom of Bohemia and then part of the Habsburg monarchy. In 1772, the Klemens Steel Works was established here, and after its closure, the town gradually shifted towards being a spa and health resort.

Today, Ustroń is known as a balneological resort offering brine, peat, and brine pools. The town attracts visitors with its clean mountain air, forests, and proximity to the popular peaks of Równica and Czantoria. The Beskid Museum in Wisła operates here, and the "Wisła" craft brewery is also present.

The area around Ustroń features over 40 hiking trails, including the Main Beskid Trail and routes to Czantoria and Równica. Mountain enthusiasts can visit the shelters "Soszów", PTTK on Blatnia, and Stożek. For relaxation and wellness, the Ustroń spa is available. Natural attractions include the Rodła Cascades on the Biała Wisełka, and for craft lovers, the "Wisła" brewery at the Wisła station offers craft beer.
