Nová Bošáca is a village and municipality in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom District, Trenčín Region, Slovakia. It lies at an elevation of 302 metres in the White Carpathians, right on the border with eastern Moravia. The village borders Březová, Lopeník, and Vyškovec on the Czech side, and Chocholná-Velčice, Haluzice, Bošáca, Zemianske Podhradie, and Moravské Liesköve on the Slovak side. The Predpolomský brook flows through the area, and the surroundings are known for the Bestinne and Blažejova nature monuments.

The first mention of Nová Bošáca dates to 1950, when it was established by separating from Bošáca. In the 18th century, the area belonged to the Trenčín County of the Kingdom of Hungary, and from 1939 to 1945, it was part of the Slovak Republic. Archaeological finds document settlement from the Stone Age to the early Middle Ages.

The village is known for its location in the picturesque Bošácka valley, which forms the Bošáčka microregion. This area is valued for its ethnographic and natural features, attracting both researchers and tourists. The highest point of the municipality is Veľký Lopeník hill (912 m). In the past, residents were engaged in weaving, embroidery, basketry, and wooden utensil making.

Visitors can explore numerous hiking trails, including “Veľký Lopeník – Nová Bošáca”, “Trenčianske Bohuslavice – Nová Bošáca”, and “Captain Miloš Uhra’s Trail”. Mountain enthusiasts can ascend Veľký Lopeník or visit the meadows of Veľká Javorina — the highest peak of the White Carpathians. The region also offers the Golubý Shelter for travelers.
