VODA club spa and beach club, Bukovel

VODA club is a large all-season pool, spa and beach club complex on the shore of Lake Molodosti in Bukovel (Polianytsia village). Locals often call it «Vodaclub». Note from the start: this is not a water park with tall slides but a place for relaxed time in the water — warm open-air pools, hot tubs, saunas and, in summer, a huge beach area on pontoons right in the middle of the lake. The resort's slide water park is a different venue, MAVKA, located nearby.

What VODA club is

The heart of the complex is an all-season pool 1.5 m deep with water at about 32 °C. It has an underwater current, hydromassage jets and geysers, and a pool bar in the middle where you can sip herbal tea between sauna sessions. Outdoors there are hot tubs at 36–38 °C: in winter this is probably the most popular spot after skiing — you sit in hot water surrounded by snowy slopes.

For sauna lovers there are several rooms with different regimes:

• Roman steam room — gentle, 35–40 °C with almost 100% humidity;
• Mediterranean sauna — 55–60 °C with essential oils, comfortable for those who dislike intense heat;
• Finnish sauna made of Canadian cedar — 80–110 °C, dry air;
• salt cave — 22–24 °C, a quiet room to recover.

Summer beach on Lake Molodosti

In summer VODA club turns into a beach club. Its terraces hold around a thousand sun loungers, plus a warm open-air pool with mountain views, a cold plunge pool and a unique heated pool on a pontoon in the middle of the lake. An inflatable water park is set up next to one of the floating terraces. On summer weekends the floating stage hosts concerts and DJ parties — check the schedule on the website in advance, as it gets very busy on those days.

For families with children

The complex is well suited to little ones. A dedicated kids' terrace has a warm cascade pool 40–80 cm deep, small slides and a splash playground with geysers, fountains and water jets. Indoors there is a playroom with a ball pit, a chalkboard, board games and nanny-animators (they are not allowed to feed children, so plan meals yourself). There is a changing table for babies.

The rules are simple: swimwear only, children under 12 must be supervised by adults and wear life vests, and toddlers under 3 need swim nappies. Swimsuits, caps and swim nappies are sold at reception. The complex is accessible: there is a hoist for entering the pool, a panoramic lift and adapted showers.

Prices and opening hours

According to the autumn 2026 price list, entry with a Standard lounger costs UAH 1,200 on weekdays and UAH 1,350 at weekends (valid 10:00–19:00). The «Evening Relax» rate from 19:00 to 22:00 is UAH 850 on weekdays and UAH 900 at weekends and excludes the beach zone. Children under 5 enter free. A towel and locker are included, a bathrobe can be rented for UAH 200, and the electronic wristband requires a UAH 200 deposit. Pricier options with day beds and bungalows on the terraces are also available. The complex is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00; prices and hours change by season, so check the current list on vodaclub.ua before you go.

How to get there

VODA club stands on the shore of the large Lake Molodosti in the centre of Bukovel resort. By car from Ivano-Frankivsk it is about 110 km via Nadvirna, Yaremche, Mykulychyn and Tatariv. Note that there are two villages called Polianytsia in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast — choose Bukovel in your navigator. The nearest railway station is Tatariv-Bukovel, about 15 km away, with transfers and taxis. The free Bukovel Bus runs around the resort, and the lake is an easy walk from the car parks.
