Ми вибрали 18 відгуків про комплекс Еко-Термал, за якими ще чотири сотні відгуків, які розкривають реальну картину про відпочинок та оздоровлення гостей. Як насправді персонал і керівництво реагує на майже 400 відгуків в мережі? Чи справді стає людям легше після лікування в Косино? Які у них враження після відпочинку? Чи є позитивні зміни з моменту запуску закладу?

1. On one of the well-known tourist sites where guests actively write reviews, there were only 4 reviews about Eko-Thermal, and this was back in the distant 2016-2017 years.
Olha from Khmelnytskyi in November 2016 was dissatisfied with the service (rating - 0), the administrator Yuliya (rating - 0), rated the double bed 10 out of 10, but the folding chair for the child turned out to be very uncomfortable and the administrator also left this problem unattended. She rated the thermal healing water a 7 because there was a lot of dirt in the water due to construction. And finally, Olha wrote about the undeniable advantage - the restaurant of the establishment, rated the cuisine and prices excellently, noted the wonderful service and light interior in the spirit of an English hunting lodge. She really liked the restaurant. Due to the terrible conditions in the room, Olha and her family had to leave on the third day. But they decided that they would try to visit here in a few years. Hoping for better))). The owner was simply more busy with construction than with service.
In June 2017, Andriy from Poland gave a terrible rating for prices and service and wrote the following: "Set the check-in and check-out dates. Let the program show the amount for your vacation (add unpaid services on site another 20-30%). Now take that amount and go either to Poland (to the thermal baths) or to Hungary. In both countries, there are plenty of springs (this underground layer flows through all of Europe). So for that calculated amount in both countries, you will be pampered from all sides, and at the exit, they will try to pamper you again. And you will still have some money left to celebrate a successful trip in a restaurant. In Kosino, they will take a lot of money from you, and then you can go home because you are no longer interesting to them. Only the water is super super, but nothing else."
Another guest with the nickname Isolod from Kyiv already in December 2017 writes that he does not recommend going there for treatment: "We started going to Eko-Thermal when they were just starting to rebuild after the sanatorium, there was one pool with excellent water, the result after staying in it was clearly felt, we began to recommend this wellness place to everyone. BUT! This year the water is completely different! The result is ZERO! We received a response from the administrator that they installed fancy filters, the question is - why? Now we will not go there ourselves and will discourage others.... + in the restaurant, we waited for an order for more than an hour! + In the rooms where the luxury is in the green house, all the walls are moldy. Better for this money to go for TREATMENT to Hungary or Poland, or we will try other pools in Transcarpathia."
Only SvetaNazarova from Belarus rated Eko-Thermal highly in January 2017: "The complex was built not so long ago, but nevertheless already has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We rested in January. It was very cozy. In the rooms, there is a mini-fridge, safe, kettle, TV, many channels, comfortable beds, the room is very warm (there were five of us). The guest houses are small for 2-5 rooms. The territory of the complex is large, there was a small construction, but unobtrusive, on the side. Two hot pools, there is a cold bath, there is a changing room, relaxation area (sun loungers), there is a small shop on the territory, a masseur works (full body massage 250 UAH for 1 hour). Breakfast is portioned, you need to choose in advance from six menu options. Breakfast is only from 9:00. We are used to waking up early and wanted to eat already at 7:00 :) Lunch and dinner can be had in the restaurant (not a bad menu, tasty). The average bill is up to 10 dollars per person for dinner with a small amount of alcohol. The restaurant is very stylish, but in winter it is cool there, although they light a real fireplace. The staff is very diligent. It feels that the team is still small, but it exists. Thanks to the administrator Yuliya for her attentiveness and help in booking for guests from Belarus. There is nothing within walking distance from the complex. The closest is another larger complex Kosino, located a kilometer away, where there are many different saunas and pools, however, prices there are much higher. Here, the price-quality ratio was very pleasing. You can take a minibus to Berehove. By taxi, you can reach Mukachevo (10 dollars)."
2. Let's show reviews about Eko-Thermal from another site. There are more than 300 of them with various ratings and impressions. But we will only choose those from 2018-2019. This will help to orient how this complex developed and solved current problems. And in general, we will see the reaction of the staff and management of the establishment to the reviews of their guests.
9 months ago, Anastasia Kuzishin left such a review: "They keep raccoons on the territory, which are in terrible conditions: cages full of feces (even in bowls for water and food), the animals suffer from obesity because visitors are allowed to throw them any food, neglected. If you cannot provide them with proper natural conditions and care - give them to a reserve."
There are many dissatisfied reviews about the raccoons.
Ulyana Tryshkalyuk wrote such impressions a year ago: "I do not recommend 7 days spent on so-called vacation turned out to be terrible in the rooms they do not clean, there is no microwave and electric kettle (although when we ordered the rooms we were told that there is) the bathroom is cleaned once every two days, there is no kitchen so people wash themselves and dishes in the sink? The kitchen is terrible, the dishes are barely warm and not tasty, and the restaurant and bar close at 20:00 and it’s just boring? And finally, they deceive me, the day before I was supposed to leave, I paid the bill and I had to pay for what we took on the last day when I approached the cashier to pay and hand over the keys, I was told that I had to pay previous bills and I said that I had already paid, to which I heard that this is not true and all bills are open, we because I had receipts still made me a deceiver when they called the girl who issued me the receipt she said she does not remember such? In the end, I just started to argue and still in the last check, we were overcharged. A lot of people argued and left. The worst vacation? ?."
Artem Grigoryan left such a review just 4 months ago: "We were on Easter and May holidays. Disgusting. The cost of the "deluxe" room is 1500 UAH / day - dark dirty worn-out trailers with killed cheap plumbing. We moved to a luxury room for 2800 UAH / day. A little better. To negotiate a discount due to the fact that the rooms in the photo do not match reality - is futile. On the territory - two small dirty thermal pools, during the day people like herring in a barrel. No infrastructure. Around - dirt, construction debris, constantly, all day, a tractor is noisily working, mixing some clay, some trucks arrive and workers rummage - construction is going on. This is all 10 meters from the building and the pool. Breakfast is a pathetic semblance of a buffet with the cheapest products. The restaurant - dirty tablecloths and gazebos, really works until 19:00. After that time you will not find tea, coffee, or water. Again in Transcarpathia - and for the first time the food is terrible. Not tasty. Prepared on "get lost". More within walking distance NO civilization, no shops, no cafes. The staff is totally rude, no one cares. No one has heard of the word "service". To order, for an extra charge, lunch or dinner in the room - is not possible. You can't even take it with you!!! In short - the price and quality are disproportionately inconsistent. Don't waste your time and money, for 100 euros a day you can have a great rest in excellent conditions in Poland or Hungary, literally 40 km from Kosino."

Tonia Potitska also expressed her opinion 4 months ago: "The infrastructure is improving every year, however, the attitude leaves much to be desired. We visited together with a pet, having previously agreed on the conditions of stay and extra payment, however, we received an unpleasant and unreasonable remark from the guard on the second day of our stay regarding the animal, as if I was in his yard and without an invitation... There were no complaints or incidents to note."
Iryna Kornai wrote 3 months ago: "We have been here twice and we like almost everything. Of course, construction is still ongoing, but it is not so noticeable. It is nice that there will be more pools. It would be very good if there was at least one waiter on duty and the restaurant did not close exactly at 8 o'clock."
Igor Prylipko also wrote about his impressions 2 months ago: "Pros: a large area with tall trees (there is a place to hide from the heat), a restaurant on the territory where you can eat deliciously (payment on a bracelet, then you can pay by credit card at the exit), a wine cellar. Cons: 2 small pools with warm (but green) water and a small one with cold. Whether there are really healing waters - doubtful... This is our fourth thermal water complex, there is something to compare."
Valentin Dzhyhar 2 months ago: "The room for two in the green building is cramped, but if you go straight to bed, it's fine, breakfast without culinary masterpieces and not very varied, but for a four with a plus thanks to the good waitresses. During our stay, the water was changed once (Monday in one and Tuesday in another pool), so it is worth arriving on Monday, it turned out that way for us. Accommodation gives the right to unlimited use of the pools, so from morning until the arrival of vacationers and from eight in the evening until morning it is practically empty, you can relax. The kiosk on the territory is super with reasonable prices. As for the wine pump, I am not an expert, but every morning five-liter plastic canisters were brought in a utility cart, probably wine??? , and in the room, it is not very clean. Overall good impressions, I recommend."
Alla Dovhaninets 2 weeks ago was and wrote: "A vacation for people who need to get treatment. Boring, two small pools with thermal water and one with fresh icy water just enough to dip. There are no breakfasts in the restaurant, only for those staying in expensive rooms. Lunch and dinner can be ordered in advance, but since check-in occurs later, you simply will not have time to order food on the first day. The territory is beautiful, but everything is under renovation. There are no entertainment options."

Oleksandr Myshenchuk rested here 2 weeks ago and wrote a review: "Good healing water. There are two pools with thermal water of different temperatures and two pools with regular water. Enough sun loungers. Restaurant, bar, shop. Prices are moderate, stay is not limited in time. There is an opportunity for accommodation. I recommend."

Oleksandr Medliarskyi also shared his impressions a month ago: "Free parking for cars, the price is 250 UAH for a whole day per adult, free sun loungers, 2 pools with hot water and one with cold, reasonable prices for food and drinks that you take on a bracelet that you are given upon entry and then at the exit you settle (but I advise you to remember what you take, because later in the check to make everything match) everything was great, I recommend visiting!!!"
Yevheniya Kolodiy wrote a month ago: "I like everything! With my mom in an eco house! The room is super! The maids and waiters are polite, pleasant! For a quiet vacation, I have been going for the third year in a row! There is no doubt that the water is healing, as I felt a positive effect on my body!"
The conclusion will be very short: "We have read dozens, if not hundreds of comments, but did not see any reaction from the management of this therapeutic and wellness establishment. And this is the biggest minus, because there is absolutely no feedback, no work on mistakes, they simply do not care about people. But if this is not the case, we appeal to the staff and management of the complex to respond and correct the shortcomings in their work.
