The Church of the Nativity is located in the central part of the village of Rozhniativ. The church was built in 1900.

The church is built with four domes, the largest is located in the center, and the other three have a much smaller area. Church log cabins and domes have a multifaceted structure. The temple was created in the traditional Hutsul style of those times, as evidenced by the details that create a unique architectural ensemble.

The central entrance to the church faces the roadway. White brick was used in the construction of the entrance, which is in harmony with the overall color scheme of the church. A small metal fence protects the church territory.

At the moment, the outside of the church is covered with a layer of plastic clapboard. This coating is more reliable, but, unfortunately, the church has lost its authentic appearance. The church is an architectural monument of local significance.
