Historical Museum, Sudova Vyshnia

The Sudova Vyshnia Museum of History and Local Lore was established to familiarize tourists with the history of the place.

Sudova Vyshnia is a very picturesque and interesting place for tourists. And after exploring all the forest trails and secret corners of the town, you can visit the local museum of local lore. It is filled with many different items that will help you get to know this region better and fall in love with it.

Ivan Franko used to perform in the house where the museum is located. The museum also has a separate exhibition dedicated to the polemic writer I. Vyshensky. The museum's exposition also includes the following unique archaeological finds: flint sickles and axes, remains of a mammoth tusk, fragments of pottery and others. The atmosphere of the local history museum immerses tourists in the world of antiquity.

The museum is open to visitors from 9:00 to 18:00, weekends are Monday and Tuesday. Admission and excursions are free.

You can get there by buses Lviv-Mostyska, Lviv-Shehyni to the bypass town of Sudova Vyshnia. The museum is located in the city center, in the premises of the People's House.
