Mr. Mykola has nearly one and a half hundred different decks of playing cards in his collection. They are all unlike each other. The man has gathered cards of various shapes and sizes. There are exhibits of triangular and round shapes, miniature cards, and even cards of gigantic sizes. Most of the finds have come from distant countries: China, Japan, and African countries. However, the collector loves Ukrainian painted images on the cards the most.
"I am a preferans player. There were always cards at home, but over time, the collection somehow replenished itself. And suddenly I realized that I wanted to collect decks of cards. I became so fascinated by this that wherever I traveled, I always tried to buy additional exhibits for the collection," says collector Mykola Sen.

All friends and acquaintances know about Mr. Mykola's hobby, and they helped gather such an assortment of cards. His eldest daughter is the main assistant. Every time she returns from a trip, she always brings her father a card souvenir. She also organized the exhibition for her father.
"All these cards are beautifully displayed at home. I really wanted as many people as possible to see the exhibits. I believe that this is an important task in the collector's work," says exhibition organizer Ivona Lyuban.
The collector assures that playing cards are the best souvenir. He is convinced that they tell a lot about the culture and customs of the country from which they were brought.
