A Wedding-Restaurant Music Festival "Labukh-Fest" Will Be Held in Ivano-Frankivsk

The wedding-restaurant music festival "Labukh-Fest" will take place in Ivano-Frankivsk on August 26.

"Labukh-Fest" will be held in Ivano-Frankivsk. The decision to hold such an event was made on July 13 at a meeting of the executive committee of the city council.

"This is a festival that is not held anywhere in Ukraine. It was intended to be held in Lviv, but it failed disgracefully there," said Oleksandr Levytskyi, the deputy mayor. "We are convinced that the community of musicians who play at weddings and support traditions deserves such an event."

Levytskyi assured that in Ivano-Frankivsk, unlike Lviv, such a festival will be held at a proper level.

Only in Ivano-Frankivsk there are about 50 bands that play at weddings, and participants from other cities will also be invited.
