The Church of St. Nicholas and St. Anne is a functioning church in the city of Rohatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region, an ancient spiritual center, an example of Gothic and Renaissance architecture of the XV-XVII centuries, a valuable monument of cultural and sacred heritage. It is located in the center of Rohatyn at 60 Halytska Street.

There are several opinions about the date of the church's foundation. The Ukrainian Catholic Church states that the building was built in 1538. According to other sources, the construction of the church was completed in 1666. Over time, the church has suffered some damage and has been restored several times. The first significant reconstruction took place in 1866. During the renovations, the church changed slightly in architectural form.

The next significant restoration work was carried out in 1935. However, the building was damaged during the Second World War. A new wave of reconstruction took place in 1974. The Republican Institute of the History of Architecture began using the church's premises for the needs of a local history museum.

In 1991, the church was returned to the Roman Catholic Church. On September 14 of the same year, the church was consecrated by Bishop M. Trofymiak.

The building of the Church of St. Nicholas and Anna in Rohatyn is a monumental structure with a high frontal tower that emphasizes the main entrance with a non-main architectural accent. The tower is characterized by artistically well-proportioned bays and exquisite window openings.
The circular observation deck at the top of the tower, built after the 1936 restoration, indicates that it was intended to observe the city's views, meaning that this tower once had a watchtower significance. The windows of the main façade are decorated with white and stone frames of late Renaissance and Baroque style. Part of the side walls has a probe, a surface exposed from the plaster coating to show the method and technique of masonry. The interior of the church is a three-tiered basilica with two rows of round columns and nave vaults. In the southern part of the chapel there is a cross vault, in the northern part - a cylindrical vault with openings, which made it possible to avoid monotony of forms in the interior of the church.
The church's interior was significantly decorated with lamps, especially the central one. The service was accompanied by organ music.

St. Nicholas Church is located in the center of Rohatyn at 58a Halytska Street. Nearby is the intersection of the T1417 highway and the E50 highway, the main streets of the city. The church can be reached by local public transportation, which runs to the center.
