Dniester Regional Landscape Park
The park is located on the territory of Horodenka and Tlumach districts and covers 19.6 thousand hectares.
The park stretches along the amazing and beautiful Dniester River. The park is very interesting for its various botanical natural monuments of local importance. One of them is the "Neopalyma Kupyna" (0.5 hectares). Rare steppe species of asters grow here. Another interesting attraction is the "Leaf Fern" (0.5 hectares), where a relict species of fern grows on a large stone. Steppe vegetation with Red Book plants can be found in the local botanical reserves "Mohyla", "Pidbavky", "Obertynska Dolyna", and the protected tracts "Kryva" and "Hromovyi Mist".
The park's territory attracts with its beauty the amazing peaks of Big and Small Govda and Chervona Gora. They appeared in the process of mountain formation in the Carpathians. Rare rock and steppe plants grow on the rocks of Chervona Hora.
