Homestead "Shale" Oryavchik

Homestead "Shale" is a three-story building with 3 rooms and free Wi-Fi, located in the village of Oryavchik. The well-equipped territory features a sauna, gazebo, and outdoor pool. Guests are offered barbecue facilities, a bar, transfer services, and bicycle rental. The nearest café is 4 km away, and a shop is 200 m away. The minimum stay is 3 days.

• On the second floor, there is a living room with a soft corner. On the third floor - a hall with a fireplace (fold-out sofa, TV, kitchen corner - refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, table with chairs), junior suite (double bed, fold-out armchair, fireplace, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), standard double room, and apartments (double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe or clothes hanger, chest of drawers, TV), separate bathroom (shower and toilet, sink). Some rooms have a balcony.
• Standard - double bed, TV, chest of drawers, table, balcony, extra place - fold-out armchair; bathroom on the floor (shower, toilet, sink).
• Junior Suite - double bed, fold-out sofa, fireplace, wardrobe, table, TV; bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
• Apartment (price is for 1-4 persons, for each additional accommodation + 350 UAH) - living room with a fireplace (fold-out sofa, TV, kitchen corner - refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, table with chairs), 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe or clothes hanger, chest of drawers, TV; two bedrooms have a balcony); separate bathroom (shower; separately - toilet, sink).
• Room cleaning - once every 3 days, bed linen and towels (2 per person) change - once every 5 days or as needed.
• Extra place - 200 UAH.
• Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold and hot water continuously. Uninterrupted power supply.
• Meals by arrangement.

The village of Slavske is located 16 km from the guest house "Private Homestead Shale". To the Skołe station, you can take any suburban or intercity train heading to Uzhhorod, from the station - by taxi, or pre-order a transfer to the homestead. By car - via the international highway M-06, in the village of Kozyova turn to the village of Oryavchik, drive approximately 2.5 km, the homestead is located on the right side of the road.
