The two-story wooden homestead "Hutsulska Pisnya", which offers 2 rooms on the first floor (with separate entrances from a large covered terrace), is located in the village of Mykulychyn. Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi. The property features free parking. There is a garden, barbecue, and swing near the house. A river flows nearby, and there is a forest not far away.

Triple room — double and single beds, wardrobe, TV with satellite channels, bathroom (toilet, sink, shower cabin, underfloor heating). Four-person room — double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, bathroom (toilet, sink, shower cabin, underfloor heating). Additional places are available — sofa bed. The hosts live separately. Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold and hot water is available constantly.

The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric kettle, slippers. Meeting at the bus station and transfer to the homestead is provided. Pets are allowed. Room cleaning is done as needed, bed linen and towels (2 per person) are changed once every 3 days or as needed.

Guests can use barbecue equipment. Room service is available upon request, and breakfast is served in the rooms. Various types of active recreation can be enjoyed on the property and in its surroundings, including cycling and horseback riding. Excursions to Hoverla, extreme hiking in the meadows.
