Single-storey "Lisovyi Budynok" for 2-5 persons. Located in the village of Mykulychyn, 300 m from the Lviv–Rakhiv–Mukachevo highway and the village center. Next to a river where you can swim in the summer. The yard features a gazebo, swing, and a summer house, and nearby is the homestead "Koloryt". The hosts live separately.

  • The house has a kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, dresser, table, clothes rack, TV; the other with 2 single beds, wardrobe, table with chairs), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
  • Heating is stove-based, cold water is available constantly, hot water - 50 l boiler.
  • Meals are provided twice a day - by arrangement. You can also cook your own meals in the kitchen.
  • The nearest cafe and shop are 300 m away.
  • Room cleaning - daily, bed linen change - once a week, towel change (1 per person) - as needed.
  • Services for an additional fee:
  • Transport services, including transfers to the homestead and ski lifts.
  • Trips to the mountains in a retro car.
  • Hiking, mushroom and berry picking.

By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus, train Lviv – Rakhiv or diesel to the village of Mykulychyn. By car - to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the N-09 highway to the village of Mykulychyn. In Mykulychyn, pass the "Zori Karpat" hotel, cross the bridge, turn left after the bridge, go about 300 m, the cottage is on the right by the road.
