The Sukil Waterfalls are located near the village of Sukil, Bolekhiv City Council, and it is truly a paradise for tourists and visitors.

The Sukil waterfalls are located in the Skole Beskydy massif on the Sukil-Plysky, Sukil-Nabivkivsky and Berezhky streams (right tributaries of the Sukil River).

The first waterfall - Sukilsky Lower - is 2.5 meters high. It is located to the left of the central road in the village of Sukil, in front of the Church of St. Michael.

The second and third waterfalls - Sukil-Plysky (8 m) and Sukil-Plysky Upper (4 m) - are located on the stream of the same name at a distance of 150-200 meters from each other. At a distance of about 500 meters from them is the fourth waterfall - Sukilsky Upper (3 m).

The fifth waterfall - Sukil-Nabylkivskyi (5 m) - is located at a distance of about an hour's walk beyond the village outskirts, in the area of Mount Nabylka (1225 m).

The sixth waterfall - Dyka Baba (4 m) - is located northwest of the village cemetery at a distance of approximately 1 km on the Berezhky stream (400-500 m to the stream to the left of the cemetery, then down the ravine to the waterfall parallel to the stream upstream for approximately 500-600 m).

The seventh and eighth waterfalls are Khashchuvany (two-cascade, total height - about 7 m) and Khashchuvany Verkhnyi (1.5 m) at a distance of 200 m from each other in the Khashchuvanyi village.

The waterfalls flow in a place where the water passes through a rock consisting of erosion-resistant sandstones; they are especially picturesque after heavy rains or during snowmelt.

The Sukil waterfalls are easily accessible and can be seen both by traveling from the Dovbush Rocks through the village of Bubnyshche and by visiting the village of Sukil.

Don't know what to do when it's raining or snowing outside? Go to the Sukil waterfalls! There are as many as eight unusually beautiful waterfalls in one village. And in such wet weather they are the most full and picturesque. In addition, you will visit an interesting dungeon carved into the mountain. According to legend, monks from a nearby monastery used to hide from raids here. Inside there are two long corridors and a recess with water.
