The homestead is located in a picturesque corner in the very heart of the Carpathian Mountains, just 50 meters from the Zelemyanka River. On the territory of the Skole Beskids and the Stryi-Syan Highlands. Guests will be offered an indoor pool, sauna, and daily breakfast.

This hotel will be a great starting point for hiking, as the forest begins just 50 meters from the building. The distance from the hotel to the ski slopes on Mount Polytech is 10 km, on Mount Pohar is 12 km, on Mount Trostyan is 14 km, to the GК Plai is 27 km, and to the Skole railway station is 7 km.

At the beginning of the last century, there was a sanatorium "Zelemin" here, where Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky conducted his spiritual activities and rested. The rooms are decorated in light tones and feature wooden panels in chalet style. Amenities include a TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobes (provided upon request), and a hairdryer. In the cozy traditional restaurant, nutritious dishes of Ukrainian cuisine are served. After a meal, guests can play table tennis or billiards. The wooden two-story house-Koliba has double (4 rooms) and triple (2 rooms) - 2 or 3 single beds, bathroom - in the cottage.

• Bathroom in the main hotel building. Heaters are provided upon request in cold weather.
• The price of the room includes: accommodation for 2 persons in the selected category room, use of parking with round-the-clock security.

• For bedding on an extra bed, a one-time fee - 80 UAH per person.
• Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water constantly.

Here you will be treated to authentic dishes of Boyko cuisine combined with Transcarpathian wine from the cellars of renowned winemakers. For lovers, the chef has prepared an exquisite menu for a romantic dinner. A lavishly set table right by the river, outdoors or in the restaurant by the fireplace, original dishes and exclusive wine will create an unforgettable atmosphere of romance and coziness. Large groups will be offered specially designed feasts: "Visiting Mother-in-Law", "Wedding Pies", "Pancake Festival". The youngest guests will not be left unattended by culinary masters, they will be waiting for treats from the children's menu. At the homestead, your children can be offered a cup of fresh milk and homemade pastries.
