Rognieska is a meadow on the Chornohora mountain range (Ukrainian Carpathians), in the Rakhiv district of Zakarpattia region. It is located on the southwestern spurs of Mount Petros, within the Chornohora Protected Area (part of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve).

The slopes are mostly gentle with some cliffs. The gentle slopes are dominated by pike pine, less often by whitebark, and steeply sloping areas are covered with mountain shrubs (Siberian juniper, green alder, and occasionally mountain pine). The lower parts of the slopes are overgrown with alpine sorrel as a result of unsystematic use of pastures.

The Rogneska lies between the upper reaches of the Rogneskul and Harmaneskul streams, which give rise to the Bohdan River (a tributary of the White Tisza). To the east of the meadow is Mount Hoverla (2061 m), to the northeast is Petros (2020 m), and to the west is Sheshul (1726 m).

A small shelter for tourists, the Rogneska ecological center, was built in the meadow by the employees of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve. Fans of traveling in Chornohora, including Mount Petros in the route, know well about this small hut in the middle of a picturesque landscape. The hut belongs to the KBZ again, and is maintained and repaired by the Carpathian Trails Society. There is only one room in the hut, where a large couch is made of boards and a small stove is nestled in the corner. Thanks to the stove, it is popular among "winter" tourists. Here you can spend the night before climbing to the top of Petros and enjoy the views around you. It is open in all seasons.

In 1993, the villagers of Bohdan built a wooden chapel in the meadow for the shepherds who stay there with their cattle all summer.
