The Carpathians have preserved many cultural monuments that are worth visiting. These include museums, galleries, churches, monasteries, and many other historical sites that attract tourists from all over the world. In this article, we'll take a look at the most famous and interesting cultural monuments in the Carpathians.

Museums in the Carpathians

  1. The National Museum of Hutsul and Pokuttya is located in Kolomyia on the territory of the Potocki Palace. The museum's exposition is devoted to the history and culture of Hutsuls and Pokuttya, as well as a collection of folk art and decorative and applied arts.
